Why transfer my video to DVD ? Because of the technology used your videotapes and pictures will degrade over a relatively short period of time and will eventually be beyond repair. By converting them to DVD now you can stop this process and preserve them for many years to come. Once converted you can make as many copies as you wish and view the material on DVD players, computers etc. Also most manufacturers have stopped making video players so now is the perfect time to convert. What type of DVD do I receive ? We use brand name DVD-R which is the most compatible general use media. DVD-R are compatible with 95% of home DVD players made in the past three years. What type of video formats do you transfer to DVD ? We convert the most popular videotape formats such as VHS, S-VHS, VHS-C, S-VHS-C, 8mm tapes, Digital8, Hi8, and MiniDV. How many hours of footage will fit on one DVD ? We can put up to 3 hours of footage on one DVD after this the final quality can be affected. If you have a video tape over three hours we will use two DVD's at no extra cost. Can I copy a copyrighted movie to DVD ? For legal reasons we are unable to transfer copyrighted movies . Can I get multiple copies of my final DVD ? Yes, once your video has been converted extra copies cost just € 15 each. Can I edit my final DVD at home ? Yes with a DVD burner and some DVD authoring software your final DVD can be edited at home. How long does it take to process my order ? Orders take 10 working days from receipt of payment. Do you have any restrictions regarding the content of my video tape ? There are several instances where your video will be returned without being converted to DVD. If your video is not transferred for any of the following reasons we will refund you for the amount charged.

Do you guarantee my tapes will not get damaged ? There is always a danger when working with old video tapes that they may
become damaged while being converted so we cannot guarantee your tapes will not
get damaged, the chance of damage is no greater than playing your video on your
video player. Once we receive
your order we immediately make backup copies of everything. An operator is with
your order at every step of conversion and the utmost care is taken processing
your material.
